We work with most health insurance companies. Please contact our staff to see if we accept your insurance. We also accept all auto and work insurance coverages, most patients’ care is covered at 100 percent. We will be glad to work with the PIP carrier, the responsible person’s insurance carrier, or your attorney.

Schedule an appointment for an initial consultation with our providers by contacting us. Your first visit will last approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours. During this visit, you will receive a complete evaluation and treatment plan for your particular problem.

We recommend comfortable clothing and footwear as therapy sessions involve exercise, stretching, and strengthening. Shorts are preferable for knee, ankle, or foot problems, and tank-tops or sleeveless shirts are preferable for upper body problems.

You can reduce the overall time required on your first visit by downloading and completing your new patient forms. Please remember to bring your prescription/referral, patient forms, and your insurance information.

If for some reason you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
